Roland "Dick" Brock

March 4, 1930 — July 26, 2010

Roland L. Dick Brock, age 80, passed away at home, with his family, on Monday July 26, 2010. He was a new resident of Brillion, WI, having moved in April of 2009 from Cibolo, TX. He was born in Bloomington Indiana on March 4, 1930 and was a graduate from Bloomington High School in 1949. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea from 1952 to 1954. Dick retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1978 in San Antonio, TX after a distinguished 26 year career. He was a life time member of the VFW and a member of the Becker- Bloedorn- Jensen American Legion Post # 126 of Brillion. Survivors include a son Charles Brock of Cibolo, TX, a daughter Robin (Karl) Volkmann of Brillion 3 grandsons, Joseph Boutwell and Michael Petitti both of Philadelphia, PA and Dennis Volkmann of Brillion, a great granddaughter Addison Petitti and her mother Crystal Gosz of Brillion, and several nieces and nephews. In accordance with Dicks wishes, private family services will be held at a later date. The Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion is assisting the family with arrangements.
