Ronald ''RF'' F. Hoerth, age 88, of Kiel, passed away Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at Sheboygan Health Services where he resided for the past two months.

He was born July 24, 1934, to William & Loretta (Schneider) Hoerth. RF graduated from New Holstein High School in 1953. He attended Layton School of Art in Milwaukee.

On August 29, 1964, he married Janet Olin from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

RF had worked at the Manitowoc Herald Times Reporter as a photographer for many years and free-lanced for the Green Bay area news stations in photographic journalism. In the late 1970's, he obtained his real-estate license as a member of the Manitowoc County Board of Realtors. RF was heavily involved with the Bay Lakes Council Boy Scouts. He started the Miss Calumet Pageant which evolved into the Fairest of the Fair for Calumet County.

Survivors include his three sons, his son, Todd Hoerth (Melody DeRuyter) of Sheboygan Falls and his children, Casey Hoerth & Jessica (Isaac) Hahn, his son Scot (Carey) Hoerth of Manitowoc and their son, Cameron Hoerth, and his son Chad Hoerth (fiancée, Jamie Vanne) of Manitowoc and his children, Brandon, Justin, and Zachary; five great-grandchildren; the mother of Ron's children, Janet Radandt of Manitowoc; his sister, Marlene Schneider of Kiel; his sister-in-law, Mary Hoerth (Henry) of Lake Geneva. RF is further survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and numerous friends.

Preceding him in death were his parents, William & Loretta Hoerth; his brothers, Marvin (Kathy) Hoerth and Gene Hoerth; and a brother-in-law, Roger Schneider.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at the Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, WI 53061. Burial will take place in the Holy Rosary Catholic Cemetery.

Visitation: Family and friends may visit with RF's family at the Sippel Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 15th from 12:00 Noon until 1:45 PM.
