Ronald E. Zarling, age 87, of New Holstein, passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at Willowpark Place Assisted Living in New Holstein. He was born June 2, 1934, in Milwaukee to Erwin & Harriet (Dietrich) Zarling. On November 29, 1958, he married Doris LaFountain in Milwaukee; she passed away on January 18, 2020. Ronald was a member of the New Holstein American Legion Post 124. Survivors include his four children; ten grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Doris; a granddaughter; and a sister. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at the Sippel Funeral Home, 2618 Altona Avenue, New Holstein, WI 53061.
