Rosemary M. Hanke Reindl, age 87, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014, at Willowdale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born September 18, 1926 to the late Jacob and Philomena Krutzik.
She married Leonard Hanke in 1947 and he preceded her in death in 1977. Rosemary married Arnold Reindl in 1980 and he preceded her in death in 1999.
Survivors include her children, Arlene (John) Brenner of Chilton, Stephen (Marlene) Hanke of Fond du Lac, Audrey (Bob) Otto of Mondovie, Larry (Grace) Hanke of Chilton, and David (Darlene) Hanke of North Fond du Lac; Arnold's children, Robert Reindl, John (Dorothy) Reindl, Carol (Gary) Budysz, Fred (Janice) Reindl; her grandchildren, Jeff Brenner, Timothy Brenner, Stacy Ecker, Kristine Kaufman, Kevin Hanke, Ryan Hei, Megan Nelson, Bryan Hanke, Bethany Hanke, Sarah Chidester, Allan Lefeber, Mark Lefeber, Scott Lefeber, Megan Otto, Jeff Reindl, Greg Reindl, Bryan Reindl, Christine Jagodzinsky, Jennifer Burger, Jonathan Jagodzinsky, Michael Reindl, and Matthew Reindl; 22 great grandchildren; two brothers, Fr. Norman Krutzik of Appleton, Francis Krutzik and friend Dorothy Schad of New Holstein. In addition she is survived by her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Lorraine Reindl, Gertrude Reindl, Jean Reindl, Benjamin (Tokiko) Reindl, Paul Reindl, and Aurelia Buchilz. She is further survived by nieces, nephews,other relatives, and friends.
Preceding her in death were her husbands, Leonard Hanke in 1977, and Arnie Reindl in 1999; her parents; a sister, Laverne Perl; a daughter in-law, Sue Reindl; brothers in-law and sisters in-law, Mary Krutzik, Jerome Perl, Joseph (Leona) Hanke, Vincent (Evelyn) Hanke, Henry (Pauline) Schwobe, Gregor (Otilla) Neuber, Julianna (Norbert) Klapperich, Herbert (Eleanor) Popp, Clarence (Marie) Reindl, Herbert (Helen) Reindl, Reinhardt Reindl, Jerome Reindl, Roland Reindl, Marge "Reiny" Reindl, Lorraine Lemberger, and Joseph Reindl.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church 62 E. Main Street Chilton, WI 53014. Rev. Norman Krutzik will officiate with Rev. Larry Abler OFM Cap concelebrating. Burial will be in the St. Charles Catholic Cemetery in Charlesburg.
Family and friends may call at the Sippel Funeral Home 2618 Altona Ave. New Holstein, WI 53061 on Monday, February 24, 2014, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at Good Shepherd Church in Chilton on Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM. A Prayer Service will be held at the funeral home Monday evening at 6:45 PM.
