Ryan J Sample

Ryan J Sample, age 26 died Sat evening Sep 21 2019 at his home in Potter.

He was born on Dec 9 1992 in Appleton, son of Janet (Holup) Sample and the late Thomas Sample. Ryan was a graduate of Hilbert High School Class of 2011. He then earned an associate degree in business from UW Fox Valley, studied actuarial science at UW Madison, and went on to study accounting at Fox Valley Technical College.

Ryan enjoyed spending time with his cats as well as playing and collecting video games.  He enjoyed collecting wolf and tiger items, swords and other memorabilia.  Ryan also spent time building custom computers and woodworking.

Survivors include his mother: Janet Sample, Potter; his grandfather: Jim Holup,Wausau; uncles and aunts: Glen Holup,San Antonio TX; Steve Aerts Manitowoc; Jeanette (Joe) Benson,South Lyon, MI;  Marilyn (Dan) Romenesko,Wilmington, DE; Chuck (Ann) Sample,Porterfield;  Bob (Lisa) Sample,Mountain; and cousins: Chas (Renee) Sample,Green Bay and Katie (Scott) Houle, Green Bay. Other relatives and friends also survive.   He was also preceded in death by his father Thomas Sample; aunt Nancy Aerts; cousin Nick Aerts; grandparents: Beverly Holup; Charles and Dorothy (Lindauer) Sample.
