Sandra Kuchenbecker

August 8, 1951 — January 1, 2021

Sandra M. Kuchenbecker, age 69, of rural Brillion, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 1, 2021 surrounded by her family.

Sandy was born on August 8, 1951 in Green Bay, daughter of the late Robert and Violet (Rosenbaum) McVey.  She was a graduate of Brillion High School, class of 1969.  On August 31, 1974, she married Ronald “Ron” Kuchenbecker at Faith United Methodist Church in Brillion.  Sandy worked at various places throughout her career, and the place she worked the longest was at Ariens Co.  She was an avid Packer and Brewer fan and enjoyed reading in her spare time.  She was very active with Peace United Church of Christ where she was currently a member.  Sandy loved her family, and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Ron; their children and spouses: David (Jenny), Mark (Kim), Andrew (Chris), and step-daughter: Kathy Kuchenbecker; grandchildren: Landon, Leah, and Peyton; siblings and in-laws: Gary (Gesine) McVey, Carol (Mike) Schuh, Shirley (Dan) Kanter, Bryan (Anne) McVey, Brent (Dawn) McVey, Dawn (Doug) Johns, Dick Buss, Lillian Kuchenbecker, Sandra Kuchenbecker, Daniel (Cheryl) Kuchenbecker, Betty Stelzner, Louis (Diane) Kuchenbecker; her godchildren: Dawn Johns and Jean Honzik; very special friends: Graham and Diane Peterson of Australia; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister: Bev Buss; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Hilmer and Myra Kuchenbecker, daughter-in-law: Jackie Kuchenbecker; and brothers-in-law: Mike Heimke, Chauncy Stelzner, and Norbert and Harland Kuchenbecker.

Friends may call at the Pielhop Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion on Thursday, January 7, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  The visitation will continue at the funeral home on Friday morning, January 8 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m.  Officiating will be the Rev. Nancy Zorn Micke.  Burial will be in the Bluff Cemetery.
