Sandra "Panda" Pavlat

Sandra L. “Panda” Pavlat, age 69, a Brillion resident, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 at her residence.

Panda was born on January 24, 1956 in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Russell & Audrey (Blau) Pavlat. She was a graduate of Hilbert High School, Class of 1974. Panda enjoyed cooking for others, and she started her career at her parents’ restaurant, Pavlat Charcoal Grill in Hilbert.  From there, she owned Mayberry in Brillion for a time.  Panda then had various places of employment cooking and making people smile: Geiger’s Restaurant in Brillion, Central House in Chilton, Christel’s Bar in Valders, Michiel’s Supper Club, Cobblestone Creek, and then Braun’s Deer Run.  Panda enjoyed a good party, the Green Bay Packers, her flowers, and gardening.  She also enjoyed spending time with her family and her many friends whom later became like her family.

Survivors include two sisters and two brothers-in-law: Suzanne (Richard) Fochs of Neenah and Sherril “Sherry” (Jeff) Morris of Duennellon, FL.; and her nieces and nephews: Kyle (Becky) Fochs and their children: Kade (Natalie) and children: Wylder, Baylor, and Stetson, Aiden (special friend Kayla); Craig (Lisa) Fochs and their children: Brianna & Bryce, Leah (Kris) Holly; Jeffrey (Joyce) Morris & their children: Yzai and Athena; Chase (Shealynn) Holthusen & their children: Troy and Braelynn, and Audra Morris.  She is further survived by many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her boyfriend: Paul Pethan, and other relatives.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at Braun’s Deer Run Golf Course in Brillion on Saturday, August 9, 2025 from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
