Sara L. Bean, age 51, of Brillion, passed away from a long and hard battle with cancer on Monday, April 1, 2019, surrounded by her family.
Sara was born on October 25, 1967 in Neenah, daughter of Judy (Pilgrim) and the late Ronald Gilson. She was employed at Endries International for 12 years. Sara enjoyed crafting and making wood projects. She could throw an awesome party and always knew how to have fun. Sara especially loved spending time with family and friends.
Sara is survived by her children: Natasha (Ryan) Mader and their children, Lincoln and soon to be born baby of Appleton, Brittany Peik and her children, Aubrie and soon to be born baby boy of Neenah, and Ryan (Amber) Bean and their son James of Wrightstown; her mother, Judy Gilson of Brillion; her brothers and sisters-in-law: Ronald and Cami Gilson of Plymouth and Brian and JoAnn Gilson of Combined Locks; her fiancé, Rick Wochos of Maribel; uncle: Richard Heitman of Friendship, and aunt, Florene Lane of Tennessee; and her best friends: Debbie (Doug) Marcelle and Jo (Jack) Siebert, all of Brillion; her godson: Evan Marcelle; her goddaughter: Becca Rank; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Ronald, her grandparents, Merle and Gwen (Worthing) Pilgrim and Ivan “Fuzzy” and Anna Jane Gilson - Verbeten, her uncle, Keith Heitman, her aunts, Barb and Bonnie Heitman, and second cousin, Mykle Drechsel; and other relatives.
Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2019 at the Wieting Funeral Home in Brillion. Burial will be at Brillion Community Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 3:00 p.m.
