Shirley's family would like to thank the staff at Willowdale Nursing Home for making Shirley's last days with us as comfortable as possible. You truly are special people.
Shirley, oh loving woman
you came to us when we needed you most
our world was shattered for we had no mother.
Although this seemed an insurmountable task
you accepted the request of our loving father
to help him raise us as you did your own.
As the years past your body grew weak
which gave this loving man the opportunity
to care for you as you did his own.
As your selfless life has come to a close
we the ones left behind ask the Lord our God
to give you the reward you have earned:
Please let her life's work be the key that
opens the gates of heaven.
