Violet Anna Ott, age 93 of Forest Junction, died on Monday April 22, 2013 at the Chilton Care Center. She was born on July 9, 1919 in Bonduel, daughter of the late Willie and Esther (Greub) Habeck. She married Robert Ott on June 12, 1943 at the Town of Seneca United Methodist Church. Violet farmed with her husband in the Town of Brillion. She enjoyed quilting, doing word finds, sewing and gardening. Violet was a member of Zion United Methodist Church in Forest Junction, U.M. Women, Loyal Gleaners Sunday School Class and the Gideon's International. Survivors include her children, Barbara (Jay) Newell of Sturtevant, Lyle (Sharon) Ott of Brillion, Charlene (Gary) Reiter of Iola, extended family daughter Judy Nagel of DePere, 5 grandchildren, Ryan (Jenn) Ott, Derek (Keeley) Reiter, Steve (Rubi) Newell, Cory (Jade) Ott and Shay (Michelle) Ott, 7 great grandchildren, Lezly Sanchez, Lynnae Newell, Hunter Newell, Corbin LaPere, Dane Reiter, Jace Reiter and Braelyn Ott, a sister Fern (Arden) Bernhardt of Clintonville, a brother Willis (Donna) Habeck of Shawano, 4 sisters-in-law LaVerne Habeck of Appleton, Phyllis Habeck of Carmel IN. LaVern Ott of Brillion, Lucille Ott of Brillion, a brother-in-law Rueben Ott of Hilbert and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, he husband Robert on April 28, 2002, a son Lane Ott, a sister Alice, 3 brothers, Glen, Dale and Reuben, and a brother-in-law Weldon. Funeral service will be held on Saturday April 27 at 1:00 P.M. at Zion United Methodist Church in Forest Junction. The Rev. Becki Kindschi will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery.
