Virginia Kuether

Virginia M. Kuether, age 84 of New Holstein, formerly of Reedsville, died on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Willow Park Assisted Living. She was born on September 13, 1927 in Manitowoc, daughter of the late Art & Marie (Lensmire) Kadow. On August 12, 1953 she married Kenneth Kuether at St. Marys in Reedsville. Virginia taught school in the Reedsville School District for over 45 years. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. Survivors include 2 daughters, Susan (Steve) Toepel of Kiel, Cindy (Randy) Sohn of Howards Grove, 4 grandchildren Ryan, Courtney, Katie, and Dan, 2 sisters-in-law and 1 brother-in-law, Nan Kuether of Easley SC, Bob (Edith) Kuether of Beaumont TX, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Ken on July 5, 2000 and a brother-in-law Bill Kuether. Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday August 21, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Brillion. The Rev. Timothy Brandt will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery in Reedsville. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 9:00-10:45 a.m. with mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. The Wieting Funeral Home in Reedsville is assisting the family with arrangements.
