Waldemar ''Wally'' J. Reseburg, age 77, of New Holstein, passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 30, 2023, with his family by his side.

He was born May 11, 1946, to Ervin & Lena (Muehlbauer) Reseburg. Wally graduated from Kiel High School in 1964. He served in the United States Army for two years; for 13 months, he was stationed in Korea.

On October 25, 1969, he married Barbara Dudarenke.

Wally is survived by his wife of 54 years, Barb; his three children, Travis (Sandy) Reseburg, Michael Reseburg, both of New Holstein, and Michelle (Bill) Pingel of Chilton; 10 grandchildren; three step grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren; his brother, Daniel (Joan) Reseburg; his brother-in-law, Richard (Lyn) Dudarenke; sisters-in-law, Jackie (Joe) Fannin and Janice (Larry) Baumgartner; many nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a stepmother, Vera Reseburg; his daughter-in-law, Traci (Groh) Reseburg; father-in-law & mother-in-law, Erwin ''Duke'' & Carolyn Dudarenke; and his brother-in-law, Donald Dudarenke.

Wally's family extends a special thanks to the staff at the Vince Lombardi Cancer Clinic in Sheboygan and the staff at Sharon S. Richardson Hospice for their exceptional care. Their compassion during this difficult time was very appreciated.

Per Wally's wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no funeral services. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
