Wilmer H. Ott

Wilmer H. Ott age 83 of Greenleaf, died on Monday, June 6, 2016 at Theda Care in Appleton. He was born July 3, 1932 in Forest Junction, son of the late Harry and Irene (Dreier) Ott. He married Lois Kriehn who preceded him in death on December 22, 1999. Wilmer served in the U.S. Army. After his service, he returned and farmed in the Town of Brillion and worked at the Ariens Co. for many years. He also worked at the Reedsville Equity. Wilmer was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Brillion. Survivors include his children, Annette (Ed) Rosenthal of Appleton, Vicki (Chris) Kaye of Sherwood, Jeff (Mary) Ott of Black Creek, 8 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter, significant other Marge Tesch, 2 sisters, Lois (Walter) Keller of Forest Junction and Donna (Jim) Schreiber of Brillion and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Lois, children Kevin, Karen and Kay and a brother and sister-in-law Alvin (Verna) Ott. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 9, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Brillion. The Rev. Thomas Fricke will officiate. Burial will be in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.
