Yvonne M. (Morgen) Schneider, age 82, of Kiel, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2024, at Aurora Sheboygan Medical Center.

She was born February 20, 1941, in Mount Calvary, WI to the late Albert & Barbara (Birkhauser) Morgen. Yvonne attended Holy Cross Catholic Grade School in Mount Calvary and graduated from St. Mary's Springs High School in Fond du Lac in 1959.

On June 4, 1960, she married James E. Schneider at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Mount Calvary.

Yvonne was a mother first, raising her three children as well as a hard worker as a farm wife. She also had the joy of babysitting her grandchildren whenever needed. Yvonne also had part time jobs at the Kiel Co-Op, now known as Country Visions, as well at the St. Vincent DePaul Store in Kiel.

Survivors include her husband, James; her three children, Daniel Schneider of New Holstein, Judy (Tim) Putz of Howards Grove, and Glen (Marie) Schneider of Kiel; her former daughter-in-law, Corrine Brandl-Schneider of Kiel; seven grandchildren, Theresa (Ben) Skifton, Ryan (Emily) Schneider, April Schneider, Justin Bramstedt, Jacob Bramstedt, Carmen Schneider, and Ivan Schneider; five great-grandchildren; her sisters & brother, Darlene (Ralph) Steffes of Milwaukee, Al Morgen of Kiel, and Janet (Pat) Dyer of Fond du Lac; her sister-in-law, Rita Schneider of rural Plymouth; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Albert & Barbara Morgen and a sister-in-law, Margie Morgen.

A Liturgy Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 PM "Noon" on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 94 N. Lincoln Street, Elkhart Lake, WI 53020.

Rev. Phil Reifenberg will officiate.

Visitation: Family and friends may visit with Yvonne's family at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church Saturday morning, February 17th from 10:00 AM until 11:45 AM.
